How to be filled with Holy Spirit always! Discipline yourself!

Try to wake up early and pray that you be diligent sleep early also.

If its demonic tiredness, cast out demons causing tiredness out in Jesus name (just rebuke them out of your body) & force yourself to get up, say “Tiredness get out my body & body be strengthened in Jesus name!” Eat healthy, avoid oily junk foods & meats, eat vegetables, fruits, fish and good diet. Exercise regularly until you sweat! Get some sunlight as you need vitamin D to not feel tired.

Reminding yourself of bible verses, You can put on your wall where you see the most and read everyday and meditate on them. Must discipline your own self.
